Hello everyone Where I work my business has two branche15 minutes far away from each other . My boss told me today he might close one branch and will move all business at one place and he is planning to closs the place where I applied nomination. But he told me don’t worry it won’t effect ur file bcos everything gonna be same ABN, business name , owner and my position. Only location is changing which is just 15 minutes far away from current place . What u guys think is it gonna effect on my file or what ?? my nomination was already refused and in AAT now pls help me . Thanks

Yes I spoke to my agent and he said not to worry bcos immigration people didn’t ask my owner where m I . They only asked him about me about my work and about other nominated people .

Hello everyone I got one query if someone can help me . My nomination was refused in May 2019 and I applied for AAT . I m working with same company as full time employee. Today immigration people went to my place and was asking about me to my owner . Due to some reason was not at work when they came . Now i m worried what’s going to happen next . Pls help if someone went through same situation. Thanks

Hello everyone Not a good news but wants to share and wants to get some advice from all of u . My nomination got refused. Reason : not genuine position I m very depressed I don’t know what to do my MA said I should apply for AAT . He said there is 90% chances to win as my employer is also what’s me to go for AAT and he is also ready to go with me . MA said they will give strong evidence of genuine need . Now what should I do . I applied visa and nomination March 2018 occupation System analyst RCB approved in three weeks
