  1. I just want to share my timeline. Applied for 820 on 21 Sep 19. Granted today, 07 Oct 2019. I haven't even uploaded my marriage certificate, I opened immi account in order to upload it and found Grant notification. Rediculous! I am shocked and happy at the asme tme!
  2. I am going to apply for 820 in September, but I've already begun to prepare (ordered all police checks from every country I lived), I am not sure if they are required for 820 visa, but I just want to be on the safe side ;) Concerning the timeline...My friend got her 820 visa granted in 1 (!!!!) month after she applied for it..
  3. I’m also interested in this topic, maybe some of the migration agents here could help with the situation? Im a holder of PMV visa and planning to move to Australia 3 months after the visa was granted . The wedding is scheduled 2 months before the visa expires. As far as I understood, we will have to lodge sponsorship application first and wait till it will be approved. What if the processing time of approval takes longer and my PMV expires? Will I have to leave the country? Or I will still be able to get a bridging visa? I tried to find some information online concerning PMV holders but couldn’t find anything. Thanks a lot for reply !
  4. Hey ! I just want to share with you guys that I’ve got my golden letter 1 hour ago. Applied 06.07.2018 since then we have not got any requests or phone calls . PMV was processed in Berlin (applied from Berlin, but I’m not a German citizen) thank you all for the support and I wish all of you luck It’s such a relief...
  5. my status is still "received", my BF status is still "submitted" (we have one immi account) .
  6. Hey, we applied for PMV 300 on 06.07.2018, since then no requests or emails or interviews, nothing.
  7. Hey, thank you for the reply!! yes. I am going to return to the place where I currently live and after apply for a tourist visa if my PMV visa is not granted by then.
  8. Hey everyone! I hope some of you know what could I do in my situation. I applied for PMV visa on 06/07 and have been waiting still. My BF and I are going on holidays for 2 months. As far as I understood , if I leave the place where I usually live I should change my address and phone number in Immi account. I am going to attach tickets and hostel bookings there, but I am not really sure what I should do with the phone number and address. Any travellers on this forum? What do you usually do? Thanks in advance!
  9. @HibiscusDreams You can change Visa type from 300 to 309 via Immi account. A lot of women/men did it already. There is a special form you can fill out after the wedding, you lodge this form along with the marriage cerificate and all the confirmations of the relationship. Don't forget that Department pays more attention whether all four sides of relationship are proved or not if you apply for a 309 visa. The Visa type could be changed onshore, but you will have to leave Australia when the department will be ready to grant you the visa. they will inform you anyway.
