Hi dd98.damodar, How did you decide on the Competency Demonstration Report route? Do you have a qualification in civil engineering, as you should opt for one of the other routes if so. Hi jdiane, Not sure it makes a difference, I acutally set up two completely separate EOIs myself (not checking both through same login), and got invites for both 189 and 190 against the individual EOIs within 2-weeks of one another. I would expect that if you checked both boxes through a single login, it just means you don't need to fill out all your information twice and you only have to deal with one login, i'm not 100% that there wouldn't be any other differences though. J

Hi Khristiaa, I'm a civil engineer, I had the same amount of points as you, and I got a nomination pretty much 2-weeks after my EOI went in. They run out-of-cyclce from the 189 Visas, so could be anytime. Have you applied for a 189 as well? I applied for both, got the 190 nomination first, but decided to wait and see if I got a 189, which ended up coming the same month. So from the point of applying, I had both a 189 and a 190 invitation within 4--weeks. I opted for the 189 because then you're not restricted to living in any particular state and having to work. J

Hi MusicalM, I've just lodged my 189 application. After reading a lot from different threads on this forum, and contacting the visa office to seek advice, I uploaded all of my evidence without certification. I'm just interested to hear from your as to whether you uploaded certified copies or just colour scans? J
