Hi Choose. This is a long shot as I know this is an old post. I am looking into moving to Australia and I'm in the same boat as you were. I've worked in SEN for the past 10 years, primarily autism. I'm looking into thr SENCo award to strengthen my application. I was wondering how your application went and if you made it to Australia. Thanks
