You have to be honest and tell them the truth with the background to the offences as explained here BUT ignorance is not an excuse that what the police always say. You haven't had any issues here so that will work in your favor I personally think you'll be ok as they weren't serious offenses and no prison sentence. Good luck and let us know how you get on !

@hex The employer wanted to do the 482 even though I said were probably get bridging after 186 application. I couldn't understand the logic either but here I am waiting now. I do wonder what will happen if the 482 gets approved what happens to the bridging visa?

Hi Everyone, Employer lodged nomination December 2017 (TRT 457 to 186), I lodged visa July 2018 , will they start the visa processing time (currently 12-13 months) from the nomination date or visa application date ? Thanks

Hi, My employer applied for a 482 (currently on 457 due to expiry shortly) which is processing. In the meantime I applied for 186 and have been issued with bridging visa A which will obviously kick in after 457 expires. My question is if my 482 is granted will this supersede the bridging visa ? Also if my employer put in the nomination 6 months prior to me putting in the visa application when does the processing time start from the date of visa application or date of nomination application ? As there is quite a large time difference between the 2. Thanks all.
