Unfortunately that me bro...i have a quick suggestion to every one as i been rejected because of following reason.. My owner shows 17 PPL working in my organisation chart. which was true at that time but he hasn't update that..we are only 4 full time working at the moment. My owner didn't upload documents since Feb. Feb was last time he upload all documents. My owner did my nomination by himself.. i suggest everyone use MA or Lawyer. our restaurant is one of the big restaurant in Darwin ( Turnover wise and seat wise as well ). Its not always CO asked more documents they just decide the documents get in their hand.. so be careful guys . I know how hard it will be life once it get rejected once you wait almost 2 years.. so be careful what you doing and always chat with you owner about the documents...

Sorry to spread bad news.. my nomination has been refused today saying not enough profit .. we are 4 full time and all casual staff in whole restaurant. In kitchen 3 full time and 3 casual.. We doing around 1.6-2 M transaction per year . And I have applied through chef as I work headchef there since Nov 2016. I have applied nominations on last 6 th feb 2017. Feel like everything finished.. any suggestions what can I do now?

Hi Ray 123 To Be honest i really don't think NT is Even Bit faster than other state because along me i know 2 chefs who has aplly from NT. They are 2017 FEB And APR hasn't heard about anything and i an on FEB aswell..I think the only way the process is faster is the Annual turnover of the business. so people says NT is Faster and should move NT to aplly which i don't find true at all. But I hope and pray to everyone may this hard time pass easily and every get their wishes... best of luck everyone.......

I think it starts with nominations first and once it approve goes with visa. So you are on April 2017 batch.. someone correct me plz if I am wrong...
