Hi everyone I applied for 309-100 visa . I recieved a request on 26 July and I had 14 days time. I attached needed documents on 5 August and click on " I confirm I have provided information as requested". The botton turn to grey and my application turn to " furthur assesment" status. Now when l try to login to my application and enter username and password I recieve the error below ! I click on continue and enter to application . There is nothing wrong there is no new request and the application is still in furthur assedment status. Why I recieve this error?? I concern about this error

Hi everyone My husband as a main applicant lodged his 309 application on 15 January and I as a sponsor submitted my sponsorship application on 19 January. When he submitted his application and pay the application fee his application status from "submitted" turned to " received" just within a day but my sponsorship application status still is "submitted" after one month and do not change to "received" ! Due to that the partner visas have 2 stages , first the sponsorship should be approved and then the main application assessed , how long does it take that the sponsorship application received and assessed? We attached all needed documents just 2 days after we submitted.

Hi I have skilled worker visa subclass 175 from 2014. I am still in Iran and not migrate to Australia yet. I just went to validate my visa. There are many changes to my life after I grant my visa. I was married when I applied for this visa. I am divorced after granting the visa. I married again and I have a child. Is there any need to inform the changes to Australian government after I grant my visa or this is obligatory before granting visa?

Hi I am permanent resident of Australia. I want to sponsor my husband to migrate to Australia by partner visa 309-100. This is my second marriage. My ex husband and I grant skilled worker visa subclass 175. I was main applicant and he was included in my application as spouse. Does it mean that I sponsored him? He got skilled worker visa like me, not partner visa. Now for my new husband's partner visa (309-100) in form 47SP page 21 for question below should I answer to the question YES or NO? Has this sponsor previously sponsored/nominated a spouse, de facto, prospective spouse or interdependent partner? Regards Niyousha

Hi thanx for your responses. My partner completes his online form (47sp) but not pay for it .. I tried to complete sponsor form (40sp) but I got the massage " the related application is not valid!" and I can not proceed. Do we have to pay for the partner application first then complete the sponsor form?? I've read that for partner visas from 2017 the sponsorship should be granted first then the partner or applicant can submit an application! If we pay for the application first and I do not grant the sponsorship we will loose lots of money!!! I am not in Australia now. I want to go to Australia when my partner grant his visa and we will migrate there together with our daughter. (she is included in his application). Is it negative point for me as a sponsor?

Hi Tanx for your response. I am confused with form 888. I have the permanent resident visa and want to apply for my partner. Do I have to mention my name in Q1 as visa applicant name or my partner's name? I am the visa applicant or I am the partner (Q2)? I think I am the partner and my partner is the visa applicant but when I sent form 888 to my friend in Australia to fill it, he mentioned my name as a visa applicant! which one is correct?
