Hello Guys, Need some suggestions. I am a PR holder(190) and my Visa is going to expire on Jan 19. During this period we could not able to stay in Australia for a period of atleast 2 years due to personal and employment issues. However we are now planning to move to Australia as a whole. My Son is 4 years old now and he did not hold the PR. If i apply for PR at this point of time to him,what are the possible chances that he will be granted a PR as our Visa Exp is in Jan 19. What would be best possible scenario for us 1. Submit Child Visa application, get it approved and all of us fly by Jan 19 2. I go back to Australia, submit an RRV (157) and get it approved and then submit Child Visa 3. All of us go to australia,with child visit visa and apply for a PR from there. Any advise form MARA agents is highly appreciated. Thanks in Advance.
