No more docs asked although 3 weeks ago I asked my MA if I need the new police clearance ( since the previous one was expired) and she said there was not need . But I insisted and we uploaded it in application ( lucky i insisted cuz by now the Officer would have asked the police clearance) 

 

Guys pls be faithful and patient,  especially to whom is waiting for long time , the visa is on its way to you. And trust your MA only 95% . Not 100% .

Lodgment  was on 12 feb 2018 and please make this correction: 2 of us and not 1 . Low risk +high risk  countries.

Yesterday our 186 (TRTS from the old 457) visas were granted. We submitted the nomination and visa application through a registered MA in early Feb 2018 so its taken just over 9 months which is in line with the official advice at the time which said that the visa were taking 8-9 months to process. So if you applied around the same time don't stress too much about the current processing times of 15+ months.

Its weird because I checked the Immi account on Wednesday and the status still said "Received" and then suddenly the following day it was "Finalised" and the visas were granted.

Below is my full timeline.

09/01/2018: Nomination and visa application
30/08/2018: s56 requested more documentation (form 80 and character update for my wife - she didn't add the full 10 years of passed living address)
-- Submitted back within 3 days.
08/10/2018: Nomination approved
09/10/2018: s56 requested additional documentation. Now that my son was passed 2 years old, they needed a TB scan (both children had a medical already), once passed age of 2, they have to provide a TB scan as well (for certain countries)
12/11/2018: Visa grant received. 

This forum has helped me tons and don't worry - I'm not going anywhere.
-- Knowing how hard and stressful this process is, I've decided to stay dedicated to try and help anyone, with anything I can with regards to this process.

Is there anyone who knows well about benchmark training B.

I am not clear about it. I mean how many years of the benchmark B receipts needed when we apply for 186 trt?

My case is this.

457 visa started on 16/02/2016 to 16/02/2018

186 TRT applied on 24/02/2018

My agency has provided 2 years receipts of benchmark training B which is 2015~2016 and 2016~2017.

Is it sufficient or should I provide 2017~2018 as well?

Thank you so much Cristina. I do appreciate. You helped me a lot. Since we spent 2 millions on renovation like building a new building for poki machines,  our financial report indicates some negative numbers which makes me worried but I know theres nothing I can do. Thats sad.

I do hope theres no drama in my case.

We spent 2 millions on renovation by building poki room in 2016 and since then we have some minus profit which makes me worried

I am working at small Rsl club in Sydney and I know financial stability is the most important part of nomination.

Guys I imported my visa application as my work MA submitted for me..

When I log in though it says:

“Type: Permanent Employer Sponsored OR Nominated Visa (186,187)”... I just got worried about the “OR” word.. we submitted in February and I don’t want it to be just the nomination as I’ve seen it could take good few months extra after nomination is approved to get visa approval.

Do u know if I can tell it is my nomination only or visa that was applied for? Thanks in advance!

When you see your application form, you will easily find out as it says 186 or 187 but not a big deal, my one is also same
