Hi all, We just got visa grant letter! So happy. Although I checked VEVO and it is still shown as error. Wondering how long do they take before we could check it in there. We applied on 18 June 2015, got acknowledgemet on 24 Jun 2015. Applied for AOS on 18 June 2018, got AOS acceptance letter on 28 November (it was 30 November when I received their email). Got 2nd VAC on 6 December. Finally the visa grant notice today 11 December 2018.

For people who haven’t yet figured out: please make sure your email don’t have “test” anywhere in the subject or body, then you will receive auto-reply from the department. It seems someone from the department is quite annoyed with all the “test” email he/she received everyday so he/she put a filter on all of them to go straight to the bin :(. Such a POOR FORM and inconsistency for a governmental department!

Hi Simhar. Looking back, I actually lodged the application on 18 June. The acknowledgement from the department came back on 24 June. So what is your acknowledgement date?

Interesting so they have processed up to 17 May 2015. Last email update I received it was "up to and including 05 May 2015".
