Hi, I'm wondering if anyone can clarify with me how the 60 days after a 457 ends work for a secondary applicant. I'm the secondary on a 457, and the primary will depart the country soon. I've been informed by their employer that they will terminate the visa 28 days after they depart. As a secondary; do I then have 60 days from that date to remain lawful in the country? Or is my visa gone after 28 days? Thank you.
