Mostly the files of Rsms visas are opening after 23 months, is that correct?

Also from my immi account, processing time has disappeared no idea.

Hi Guys, I applied Rsms in Wa in regional areas in Jan 17 and still waiting for the decision. I am working as a part time cook. Should i start as a full time job or will it be fine as a part time? Anyone is in same condition please suggest me. Thanks
