Congrats! May I know the reason for the refused? Mine got refused as well because they think that the company do not have the financial capacity to provide a 2-year position. Do you mind sharing your experience of what kind of document you have submitted to AAT? As it is really a long waiting time for AAT, do we need to keep updating the documents?

You mean immi still request for more information although you submit more information to AAT? Is it under the same case officer? Would there be any chance immi will refuse for the second time in different reason..? My MA just lodged the AAT today.... I asked the same question to my MA before the lodgement, my MA said yes but with a low possibility

Yes, what they submit has shown they make a little profit but not in a strong financial capacity. my MA said will ask the accountant prepare a support letter. Do you think a support letter would be enough? Because I am not sure if the company will willing to prepare a business plan....

I am not sure how they could show a strong financial position... As my friend told me that my company may not want to disclosure all they profit-making as this will require them to pay a higher tax i am really worried that I won't be winning AAT.. And does anyone knows that if there is any chance immi will refuse you the second time although you win AAT?
