Hello Friends! I am on 457 Visa and My Employer is hesitant to give the sponsoring letter for subsequent entrant (my wife) visa application. They have been postponing it everytime and going by their recent mood I am guessing they are soon going to bluntly reject for sponsoring her. In such a case what can I do? Your suggestions will be greatly appreciated! Many Thanks!

Hi Raul, I am on 457 Visa and it's been about 6 weeks I am here in Australia. My Employer is postponing the subsequent (My Wife) entrant visa issue and I am guessing they are not willing to give me the Secondary Applicant Sponsoring Letter. If they refuse to give the sponsoring letter then what can I do? Your help would be very much appreciated! Thanks in Advance!
