  1. Any Hotel Manager who applied on February 2018 been approved yet? Hotel Manager Visa and Nomination: Feb 2018 RCB Approved: Feb 2018 Status: Received Onshore
  2. Yes, 187 DE. Don't take our words for it though. Ask your MA about these stuff. You may think you are asking too much but at the end of the day they are the only people who can answer our complicated questions and the only words we should trust. I used to be paranoid but then my MA has advise to never be reluctant to ask him anything for that is why they are here for to help us out and to give us confidence. ?
  3. Agreed. I was also once under the impression that I needed to stay with the same employer once my visa gets approved. I spoke to my MA the other day and he had said that I do not need to be with the same employer for the next 2 years. I just need to be in WA regional area and everything will be fine.
  4. Hi! Hotel Manager here! Applied for nomination and visa February 2018 RCB Approved February 2018 I am waiting a bit longer to do my medicals but all other requirements have been given. Now, I am just waiting until my application is opened........
  5. Hi, Does immigration visit every company that does Visa Sponsorship ie 187 DE visa? When do they most usually visit and do they only do it with certain occupation?
  6. If you are on shore they should have granted you a bridging visa to allow you to stay in Australia. And depending on the bridging visa they approve you with you may or may not be able to work. If they do have a bridging visa granted for you, you are unable to travel internationally, once you go out of Australia you would need another visa to get back in. But Ask your MA they should know better.
  7. Even if your Agent had updated some stuff on your application, the LAST UPDATE on my immi won't change unless a case officer updates it themselves as what I understand. It's the same as mine; My MA have updated my passport and address but nothing changed on my LAST UPDATE. So, I believe it is when a case officer actually touches your application before that changes.
  8. I have asked my Agent in regards this and all he said that the time frame really does constantly goes up and down. It depends on how fast you are providing all the documents immi had asked for. It all goes down to the case officers and that once an application has been lodged any case officer can pick it up anytime. There are people here who have been waiting for 2 years and there have been people who was approved fast. We can't really do anything but wait.
  9. Currently on a 457 visa but applied for 187 DE visa. Manager. Feb 2018 RCB applied Feb 2018 RCB Approved Feb 2018 Nomination and Visa has been lodged. Waiting for a couple months before doing my medical. This will be a long wait but it will be worth it! To those waiting, don't lose hope. Until the decision has not been given, you still have a big chance! Don't be negative with anything! Good luck to everyone!
