  1. Like people just said, via TRT I think you can't because of the contract you signed. I was DE and was working in 2 places
  2. Hi Nircha. like Hex said, Co can vary. Mine was different Co that requested docs and granted pr, but was Qld pese. Try not to worry too much now that you're almost there. Your visa is just around the corner
  3. I think your signature has wrong dates. we're still in January... Parabéns by the way
  4. I think so too They have ceiling for 189 invitations, so maybe they have for other visa categories as well.
  5. I think immi wouldn't approve the nomination to 186 if you're in a regional area. I can be wrong. as far as I know, no minimum salary, but it has to be equivalent to a salary of an Australian in same or similar position (in your company or market research)
  6. @nircha Hopefully you'll be next @mrpuvpce There we go, now we know that immi process if family members are offshore.
  7. Absolutely, I'm expecting something to happen next week. fingers crossed. Now is just the last step, we'll be fine.
  8. Hi @nircha No, haven't heard anything yet. The processing office taking care of my application is in Queensland, where is yours? But I don't think it'll be like that, maybe you'll get the answer before me. Bellabonkers had documents asked 2 days before me, I think, and got the answer before the 28days. And I think her case officer was based in Queensland as well.
  9. https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/help-support/meeting-our-requirements/english-language/functional-english That's what immi website says
  10. Immigration website says this Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic) An overall band score of at least 30 for each of the 4 test components. So on my understanding, if he got 26, he does not satisfy the requirements
  11. HI @mrpuvpce Well, like hex said, and I think the same, there's no need for dependents to be onshore, but I guess so have to wait and see what will happen Document requested was military discharge papers, because I was in the army before coming here, and I was dumb enough not to notice I forgot to upload.
  12. That's what I thought as well. Well, they asked for documents already, so hopefully they will finalise the application before police check expires. Thanks
  13. Does anyone know if all applicants need to be in Australia? My partner is on holidays overseas. I'm the main applicant, I'm in Australia. Would the immi wait till she comes back to process or won't matter since the main applicant is onshore? The 28days time frame finished, now just waiting for co to open my files again.
  14. So I think you're good. But apply for afp now, first week of the year it'll be delivered to you, and will be in between the 28days.
  15. Oh well, it's in the mltssll, so I think you're fine. I haven't seen any other pharmacy technicians in the forum either, and I like to think I'll be alright
  16. As far as I know, they give the 28 days to you to provide the documents, so after the 28days they might open your file again and take decisions based on what is there (you uploading or not). But even after the 28days period you're still able to upload any documents. They also understand that, in some circumstances, if you're not able to arrange the documents in the 28days time frame, they might extend the deadline. You need to send them an letter/email explaining the situation and ask for more time.
  17. I know, surprisingly awesome. I think they can work remotely. And I'm pretty sure for some other visa I applied before I received a messages on Saturday too.
  18. Quick update on my status Additional information requested today morning I'm uploading tomorrow, hopefully the Co will finalise quickly.
  19. That's what I thought as well. And with both of your experiences, show that, most likely, there's no priority. Thanks.
  20. Hi fellows. Does anybody know if there's any difference applying through migration agent or applying by yourself? Talking with my former teacher, he mentioned that they might assess application from MA rather than self lodged... I did all the process by myself, nomination and visa. Nomination was approved in approx 6 months (applied 1/08/17 approved 07/02/18) Visa applied after nomination grant on 12/02/18 and obviously still show as received. Would immigration prioritize files applied with MA over self application?
  21. I also heard/read that the waiting period doesn't have any real value because immi assess applications kind of out of order. Like depending on occupation, country, if application has all documents and so on
  22. Someone mentioned there's no phone to call to ask about immigration status or whatever. 0288614353 I believe is off One can try to call 131881 and ask to talk in the working visa department
