I am also searching for the answer to this! I am under the impression that any week that is equivelant to full time employment, weekends will be counted. I I called the immi guys the other day and spoke to 4 people, one was about 90% sure, the other two didn't have a clue and the third seemed to agree, however, she was very short and uninterested and I'm not 100% sure she understood the question!

Hi! I am just after some advice on how to count the farm days. I was under the impression that if the time spent on the farm was full time (40 hrs a week) then weekend days could be counted also. Upon looking into it further it seems a bit ambiguous as to wether this rule only applies if the employment was continuos. I did my work in two stages, I had to go back home for a few months in the middle. However, I completed my work on the same farm with the same employer. My time sheets show hours worked over a fortnightly period, they show - 12/10/17 - 25/10/17 16 hrs 26/10/17 - 8/11/17 85 hrs 9/11/17 - 22/11/17 105 hrs 23/11/17 - 6/12/17 97 hrs 7/12/17 - 20/12/17 128 hrs 21/12/17 - 3/01/18 7 hrs 29/3/18 - 11/4/18 23 hrs 12/4/18 - 25/4/18 80 hrs 26/4/18 - 9/5/15 92 hrs by by my calculations this should be fine? Any my clarification would be much appreciated!!
