    Does anyone know about eligibility for the new childcare rebate on partner provisional visa sc 309? One of us is an Australian citizen and one on the temp visa. Can’t find anything online to clarify this. Many thanks

    Yep totally got that wrong lol it did seem too good to be true. Although just used the government calculator and looks like we would be eligible for a decent rebate. Even 50% would be awesome!

    I have an Australian passport but my wife will be on the temp resident visa. Wow just had a look at the scheme looks amazing. if I am reading it correctly we could get 50 hours free per week?

    Lol no believe it or not we have never been to Brisbane. But I’m originally from Sydney so at least I know the Australian culture.

Can I ask what the commute is like from Cleveland or Alexandra Hills to city? Would I be right thinking an hour by train from Cleveland and 45 mins by bus from Alex. Hills?

    Hi all, we are hoping to move from UK to Brisbane in 2019, and are trying to put a rough budget together for cost of utilities, council tax, home insurance etc. We are looking at a 3 bedroom house with 2 toddlers. Any help would be great thanks
