  1. Hi Sameer As you would have known that my nomination approved on 23.4.2019 and the visa file opened on the same and requested for more documents. Those were submitted on 9 May 2019 and still waiting for grant of visa. However, its really stressful time. Looking for prayers.

  7. Yes After RCB approval, I applied on 31 October 2017 from ACT. Still no news.
  8. Sorry for late response, he is of the view that the case officer will be designated in around 9 months time. After that, it depends on how he/she proceed in the matter.

  10. I applied nomination & visa on 30 & 31 October 2017. At that time, the processing time was 15 - 17 months. This time is changing every month. Lastly, it was change on 15 May 2018 for the applications moved in April 2018 as 21-23 months. In this situation, the Department of Home Affairs will consider time as 15 - 17 months of 21 - 23 months?

Applied for nominations on 30 October and visa on 31 October 2017 through an agent. anybody could explain further expected steps / course of action: ?
