Hi Sameer As you would have known that my nomination approved on 23.4.2019 and the visa file opened on the same and requested for more documents. Those were submitted on 9 May 2019 and still waiting for grant of visa. However, its really stressful time. Looking for prayers.

Sorry for late response, he is of the view that the case officer will be designated in around 9 months time. After that, it depends on how he/she proceed in the matter.

I applied nomination & visa on 30 & 31 October 2017. At that time, the processing time was 15 - 17 months. This time is changing every month. Lastly, it was change on 15 May 2018 for the applications moved in April 2018 as 21-23 months. In this situation, the Department of Home Affairs will consider time as 15 - 17 months of 21 - 23 months?

If the MA is not responding to the Immigration's queries on the applicant's behalf, what are the remedies for the poor APPLICANT?

Applied for nominations on 30 October and visa on 31 October 2017 through an agent. anybody could explain further expected steps / course of action: ?
