Does the case officer always ask for medical and pcr if it expires?

I am From India My sponsor applied for me Australian 400 visa in Jan 2018 ,last week I got an email to do the medical check & x-ray .So i need to know about what was next ...Case Officer ask any other document like PCC or other documents ?I just need to know what was the last procedure is it Medical check or PCC ? -
