Greetings people,
I have understood that it's basically impossible to get a job offer in Australia if you're not in the country. Is this true? If so, then why does the visas 186, 187, 190 exist? Or do companies grant their positions to people living outside of Australia only if you have an exceptional and outstanding achievement in your profession?
On the other hand, how do you get nominated by an employer or by state or territory government agency? (I'm an engineer, by the way)
