Sorry I should've been clearer, there is no longer a time frame at all showing, last week it was showing 9-12 months now it's just blank.

Thank you Raul The application states "further assessment" - so I'm guessing that means the application is still being looked at. I have just sent an email to the case officer explaining the delay along with an email attachment from the university stating transcripts can take 6-8 weeks.

Logged a 189 application in October, CO in December and they requested a transcript. The university took 7 weeks to send this to us meaning we were over the 28 days. I couldnt find anywhere on the request about time constraint. I only found out a couple of days ago. How will this affect our application, so nervous now!
