  1. Thanks very much for your replies @wrussell @Marisawright
  2. I am looking for some advice please. Is there a risk the 100 permanent visa could be refused if you have not moved to Australia within the two year period between initial 309/100 application and being eligible for the 100. Some further info: 309/100 application - 22.05.18 309 granted - 09.11.18 Eligible for 100 - May 2020 Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks

  4. Hi all. I received my 309 grant today. A bit disappointed that it wasn’t the 100 as well, but hey I definitely can’t complain. We hadn’t been together for 3 years at the time of application (22.05.18), however we have been since July, so I was hoping they would take that into account prior to grant. Still very grateful though. Best of luck to the rest of you, especially the March and April people.
  5. Hi all. Did anyone else’s sponsor application remain on ‘submitted’ whilst their own application was on ‘received’? Seems strange that they are different that’s all. Thanks
  6. It’s funny because on the immi application home screen it says that applications will be processed in the order they are lodged. Clearly doesn’t seem to be the case

Hi Leanne, I found this link very helpful that someone sent me recently.... https://partnervisa820uploadguide.neocities.org/ it relates to an onshore type, but the core evidence and structure looks the same to me
  8. Thank you for all of your replies. I personally didn’t consider either of the questions to be the most important parts of the application, so I’m sure it will be fine. Thanks again
  9. Thank you @snifter Regarding the relationships, it isn’t for marriages no, it’s for just any relationship. Seems a bit odd that they need that really. Also, the form wont accept just the month and year etc. I tried that earlier. It has to have a full date which is rather annoying, especially when you don’t know it! I’ll have to keep digging for the info...
  10. Hi All Please could any successful applicants tell me if they inserted the exact dates on their partner visa application in regards to past relationships and dates that you visited other countries. I can remember roughly what year my previous relationships started and ended, but no way the exact date, so I just guessed. Also for countries visited in the last 10 years, not every country has stamped my passport, so again the exact date might have to be an educated guess. Thank you
  11. Thank you very much everybody for your replies, much appreciated!
  12. Hi everyone, I am just trying to get an idea from successful visa applicants how many words there applicant and sponsor relationship statements were please. I appreciate it is often quality not quantity, but it is comforting to have a rough idea. Thank you
