But Does my sponser can appeal to accepting that he has mistake for wrong nomination and now he wants to re correct his decisio?

The fact is that immigration refused my visa and tell me if i need review my application lodge a appeal in AAT I have skill assessment in cook But my sponser did mistakes and nominated me as chef. Now all the when he notice it he wants to change it.

HI, I had been contacted by CO and he asked for my skill assessment document for my nominated accupation to be submitted in 28 days. After 20 days, I have completed procedure to submit application for my skill assessmen. Now my skill assessment Procedure take time on the Other side 20 days already passed from given time. I was told by my CO to submit the proof that process has been initiated. but I haven't get any mail from my RTO'S like any confirmation mail except just a file number which was show i had applied for skill assessment What would be the next? My questions are:- How can i notify my CO that i have been applied for skill assessment Appreciate if someone who has gone through this can comment.. Thanks and Regards

But iimmigration had given to me 28 days time frame They asked if i have assessment papers submit it withan 28 days already 19 days passed So now i need more time for my skill assessment and it should inform immigration

When i have browser TRA website i have found 3 OrgOrganization name whose are work for skill assessment One of the top of them named "vetassess" i have applied for my skill assessment And done wuth their fees,got my file number Now what can i do? How can i inform immigration that i have applied for assessment?
