Me and my partner are currently in the middle of applying for 189/190 visa, he will be the main applicant and I will be de facto. At what point do i need to send the proof of our relationship, when we send the EOI or when he gets invited to apply for the visa? Do i need all the documents countersigned like you have to when you send the documents for the skills assesment?
