Hi Alicia, we haven’t applied for PR yet and are still in the UK. I’ve only found out that it doesn’t necessarily go against an application. I was worried the condition would be an automatic NO but it’s now. Are you going for PR skilled once your WHV ends or before? Do you or your partner have a job on the skilled list already?

Apologies if this is a question already asked..... My partner is Type 1 diabetic and I wanted to know if this is an issue when applying for a Permanent Resident visa? Also, the medication is currently free on the NHS. Does anyone know how much this will cost in Oz? Lastly, has anyone experienced better overall care in the UK or Oz with this condition?
