Almost same thing happened with me.me . im offshore and my employer shut down the business and didn't informed me.me . after 20 months wait my nomination refused nd i got news on that day..employer shut down the business jus business relationship months when file opened.now I can't apply again coz dont have 3yrs experience according to new rules.jus stuck in india forever after spending 8yrs in Melbourne..cook..

Same thing happened to me.employer sold the business nd in may 18 abn cancelled.file open in August. Nomination dec 16 nd visa jan 2017.. Nomination refused bcoz of abnormal cancelled

Hi rail. .my husband was banned for 3yrs..bcoz of overstay of 10days. .then he got BV E.bt again big mistake he came back to India on E.now 3yrs ban was finished in June 2017.my question is can he apply for tourist visa or still cnt get any temporary visa.ban is no more.thanx

I heard that after march 2018 according to new rules need 3yrs experience for 187.. Im offshore bcoz my previous PR application was refused bcoz of my late submission of ielts..

Guys I need ur precious advice bout 457 visa..actully my nomination of 187 is refused bcoz owner shut down the business..i have only 2yr paid experience so can't apply 187 again now.I'm offshore so still i have option of 457 visa..pls advice me that what is situation of 457 in these daz..its hard to get 457 like 187 or bit easy than 187...after spending 7yrs in Melbourne it's really hard time for me sitting offshore..

I already got nomination refusel..my employer shut down the business without informing me coz im offshore.when check the registration cancel..they cl my employer nd he confirmed that business is shut down..so they refused nomination on 15th August nd my MA didn't told me they inform me on 23rd Augusto. Now I widraw my visa application..no more Australia..waste my 7yrs of life in australia nd get nothing.

My employer shut down the business in mid of may nd he didn't tell us..file open in August nd they check on Web that business is closed bt they again cl owner to confirm nd employer confirmed that business is shut down..so nomination refused..my file was perfect..pr was so close nd jus 2nd half moth late open file finished my future..now I only have 2yr experience so can't apply rsms again..was waiting offshore

My nomination also refused bcoz employer shut the business in may..nd we did know coz we r offshore..MA said he also don't know..if MA lodged the file of Nomination how Come he was nt aware that business is shut down

In my nomination refusel ltr it's written that visa application can widraw vith in 28days..nd can get the refund only in special circumstances..now I'm more confused that getting refund is possible or not..

Nomination refused..last wk bt MA inform us today..reason employer closed the business nd did't inform us..immigration cl employer nd he told them that he closed the business. Was waiting offshore after spending 8yrs in Melbourne..life finished
