Hi all, I am asking on behalf of a family member. My sister lives and works in Victoria. She isn't a permanent resident. We recently welcomed our first child and she flew over to meet her niece. Due to the COVID pandemic, she has been living with us for the last 9 months (her work can be done remotely) and we are trying to convince her to get her permanent residency through NSW. I have been scouring the department's website but have not been able to find the right info Can she continue her work in NSW with her Victorian employer? How does she prove she has been living in NSW when she does reach the 1-year mark? Appreciate your thoughts and any info anyone may be able to share with us.

In addition the invitation numbers are very low. Just 10 per month I think. Hi guys, no I was completely not aware of this. This has completely caught me off guard. What is this new list? I hope the occupation I am applying under is not affected...

Hi guys, I believe that I am eligible for the 491 visa and am thinking of applying for it. However, I can't seem to find that visa type in my skillselect account. Am I missing something? Cheers

yes was lucky. Just uploaded the minimum required documents. IMO just give them what they want and clearly label them.
