recently moved over to aus, and have tried working in a nursing home over here. I found it very stressful, as I only got 1 day of induction, no fire training etc... I did not feel that I could work safely, so did not return. Anyone else been in a similar situations? I’m trying to find out which setting would be more suitable for me, as I like to work “ thoroughly” and not rush around all the time?
