Myself and family are looking at areas in Victoria where I hope to work from Preston. Having always lived by the coast I would like to be within 10mins of the coast and within 30 mins of Preston however have found many areas such as St lil da very expensive for a 4 bed home. Any suggestions of nice but reasonable areas please
