Hi All, I had a question in regards to penal clearance requirements the information provided by DIPB seems confusing and tried calling but was on hold for too long before getting disconnected. My question is PR Granted Aug 15 2014 PR Activated Nov 13 2014 Left Aus from Nov 18th 2014 till Sept 11 2015 around 10 1/2 months <12months Havent left since and planning to apply citizenship end Dec 2018 My question is PCC required, some say its based on activation which will make it less then 12 months while others are saying its required as its from the time PR was granted which makes it more then 12 months so im not sure now. Any assistance would be much appreciated
