Hi all, I am from high risk country india. i am to apply for my 186 visa . i work as a sales & marketing manager. i have got a positive result for my skill assessment. can i apply for my pr under 186 visa. Someone told me that sales & marketing is under short term occupation list. I already have a employer offering me a position in dandenong. Can i apply for my PR? Please guide me.

I am planning to make an application for the 186 visa by feb 2017. what is the average timeframe to get this visa? i am from india, high risk country.
