Fleet manager, my occupation was removed from lists last year june end, but very confused about process time, i thought it might take too long to get file processed because occupation was not on priority occupation lists, but i’m happy for myself and all people with occupations not on priority lists that hopefully they will get their grants soon as well, good luck everyone my prayers are all for you ?

just received my golden email now, status changed directly from received to finalised without asking any documents, although my partners medical was expired couple of months ago, i thought they will ask for re-examination, but they did't asked for...can't express my feelings, we are very excited and wish all of you surprising grants soon. nomination date 10/02/17 Nomination granted 30/06/17 visa date 30/06/17 granted 01/02/2018

Anyways good luck with your fresh application, they will count nomination as fresh application and waiting period start again, sadly ?

Upto my knowledge you can’t link fresh nomination request with old visa application, immigration must have asked for invitation to comment upon nomination refusal, ultimately refusal of visa application, then you need to re-lodge visa application, i had faced same situation, but may be your MA have better idea ??

Hi Waris, my occupation is fleet manager, nomination was refused due to less turnover and profit as compared to earlier years, reapplied after re-arranging financial documents in feb and got nomination approved in june, now waiting for visa

not sure, you can hear between those days as well, because i was unlucky, i got my nomination refusal last year on 30th december 2016 :-(

yes i had created that column, because what i believe they are processing skill level 1 occupations at their priority. not sure but may be because all approvals they have given are for skill level 1 occupations.
