Hi, I wondered if someone could give me some advice.
I got my 187 visa granted last December (11 months on visa) and have worked for the company 3 years in total. The original company i was sponsored through closed down and since then re-opened a new store which has a different ABN number (same employer) But since then the job is soul destroying, so much stress involved in a day to day basis and the management higher are so rude. Im currently seeing a consellor atm as its too much. Is it possible with my doctor records to leave my employer and seek employment elsewhere or should I contact fair work Australia and see what they say. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
