I have soooo many questions for this group like I'm sure everyone does. Right now this is my biggest question and would love some good news please ?? My girlfriend is moving to the US on a working VISA for one year at this stage as an aupair. Can she apply to come to Australia for a few weeks holiday. Our long term (I wish it was short) goal is for her to move to Australia permanently which is a whole other set of questions but right now we just want her to visit Australia while she is living in the US. Is this likely to be ok? I will go to visit her first in the US as an Australian citizen. I don't think I need a VISA to visit her from what I read though if it's less than 90 days. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Also any Colombian people that have been through the process of migrating to Australia I would love to hear how it went. Thanks in advance for any help or advice.
