Some news CO allocated ask for more documents on 1/02 we move from receive to documents requested we have. 28days now to provide what she need letter come from ACT. Time to run now is funny that on their side they take years then when they need something they give you 28days ? ? ?

Only nomination was approved in August visa still waiting we apply for visa in July. it looks like some get approved earlier than others. restaurant manager is not a priority visa,like chefs,and some retail industries which are the one with the lowest wages in Australia. doctor nurse dentist IT etc etc have priority. for us in hospitality or retail just waiting and waiting and waiting even if we have paid the same amount of money of a nurse a doctor or IT Specialist etc etc

They quick in taking the money but very slow in delivering good service. Been waiting now for 10months only the nomination was approved but no news on visa.

I read on Facebook that someone got 186 after 2 months from applying he is a MD I always wonder if at the DIBP money smell in a different way

Still waiting today mark 8 months exactly nomination took 6 months exactly to be approved so today I’m going to give them a call and see what they say.

Don't think just wait I have got my nomination approved 2 months ago now we just have to wait for the he visa. Is your nomination been approved ? if you pass the 10 months mark you should give them a call and ask for info.

Same as you Restaurant Manager they don't rush for us doctor accountants and marketing manager come first.

Hi guys nomination was approved today waiting on visa now name on spread sheet is Angela occupation is restaurant manager I believe MA ask for form 80 but haven't done medical yet so we will see. can some one up date spread sheet for me thanks
