    In previous email, I did not write appropriately in the subject line. Maybe that's why I only get meaningless reply. I just sent another email yesterday with the name, d.o.b, and reference number in the subject line. Will wait and see what they replied. Thanks for your reply!

    Yes, I got an acknowledgement and they took the first payment already...

    Yes, I did receive a receipt and there is also acknowledgement letter. I also sent several email to ask and I also called, but there are only official answers with not much meaning.

    Hi all, I applied the CPV in early Dec 2014, why I haven't received any updates yet, while I saw others have received the notifications requesting further documents? Anyone is in the same situation?
