Hi guys and girls, Sorry if this has been asked a million times before but I am looking for some advice on my situation which is as follows: - I am an Australian citizen who went travelling in UK for 4 months. (stayed with girlfriend for 3 months and have been in relationship for about 11 months as of now) - British girlfriend lives in UK and has a 6 year old child from a previous relationship and now carrying my child. I plan to go over very soon on a six month visa to get married in the UK. I'm just unsure of which visa would be most appropriate and which may result in a speedier PR in Australia? I have been looking at the PMV Visa as to my understanding I can get married in the UK and travel to Australia on the 820/801 subclass visa. I have also been looking at 309/100 subclass which seems to have a shorter overall processing time. My dilemma is I live in QLD and while my GF is on a Temp visa schooling is ridiculously expensive for her child. I also plan on getting professional immigration advice soon but have been too busy with work and it's been eating at me at what I can do. So if you guys have made it this far, thanks! and any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again! Chace
