Hi Colin, I did mine in April this year in Blackburn. The assessor is helpful and doesn’t want to fail anyone. I doubt all theory parts are the same, but I got questions on - Resistors in parallel Resistors in series Calculating capacitance in a circuit Calculating motor efficiency Calculating the power of a circuit using the resistance Calculating turns on a transformer winding There were also questions around selection of motors, thermostats, smoke detectors. There were a few easy questions too that anyone could answer! Good luck with it! Andy

Hi, I took the TOEFL 3 times and couldn’t achieve 10 points. I was getting so frustrated as well as thing money away. My migration agent suggested the PTE platform and with one attempt I got high enough marks for 10 points and very close to getting 20 points. In my opinion the TOEFL is marked incorrectly. It may work for some, but not for me, I just wasted £450!

Hi all, I am looking to get some advice from a migration agent and was wondering whether anyone had any strong recommendations for one. I am UK based, and understand the best agents are based in Aus. Ideally I'd like to sit down and talk with someone, however above that I want sound advise.
