Can you explain your time line pls?

Hello guys just have a quick question is immigration call nowadays?? Before approve nomination? If yes then they gonna call on landline or my boss number? timeline occupation : Retail manager Wa Perth nomination applied April 2017 documents request 10 dec 2018 (last year financial and asic report again documents request 15 dec 2018 for medical and police clearance. anyone has idea or even same situation? Please respond me .

March 2017 waiting profession retail manger any one is waiting from same time period??

RCB fed/2017 RCB approve feb/2018 nomination and visa applied March /2017 still waiting. position retail manager (wa Perth) business type: private turnover : $40000 weekly on average any one knows which month files are opening in retail manager position?? anyone suggested me chance of overal approval pls? thanks
