You do not have to wait to apply for visa part if you have already lodged the nomination. You can apply for nomination and Visa at the same time.

It would be different from a person to person. If the case officer thinks you need to provide, you will be notified and requested at later stage as an extra info by case officer.

Form80 is a character assessment and it needs to be uploaded on online application if you are a main applicant. In my experience, the sponsor does not have to submit it.
