    it was a short interview, 10-15 minutes. the case officer asked me my husbands date of birth, his family, our relationship history (basically things we had written in the application). in our case we havent had rukhsati (we have done nikkah) so the case officer asked about rukhsati plans etc.

    hello! i applied in dec and my interview call came end of june, since then again no updates...i totally understand your impatience. fingers crossed for speedy grants for all of us inshAllah

    For me its going to be 7 months on 20th July since DOL. I inquired yday about status of application and received a reply stating the average time is 15 months and mandatory departmental checks haven not been completed yet and my application is in process. praying for patience and visa. This process is so mentally draining.

    i was left hanging. they didnt communicate about case officer being assigned. i am worried with the year closing and eid holidays and case officer taking time to adjust back into work. i know 2 females who got the visa in 8 months and one person who got it in 4 months. its been 6 months at my end....lets see
