Hi guys i just want to know I have granted 187 visa in last month.How long can I wait to Start work with my employer.As I am planning to go overseas for 5 weeks. If any one have an idea about this please inform me. Thanks.

Hi guys, i just need a small information about my case my nomination has been approved in AAT last month.Occupation Retail Manager. Nomination and visa Applied in Dec 2016. Nomination refused in immigration Dec 2017 Nomination approved in AAT Nov 2019. My visa file has been sent to immigration already case officer assigned he is asking police clearances and health requirements and Skills for nominated occupation. Is it normal for everyone I am bit worried as I don’t have such skills assessment or work experience.Is there any difficulty for visa grant. Please help me as any one gone through this situation. Thanks.

Hi just received a good news my nomination has been approved in AAT occupation: Retail Manager State:Tasmania My visa file has been sent to IMMI.I Just want to know some information is there any difficulty to get the visa process from immigration apart from medical and police check please inform me if any one have an idea. Occupation: Retail manager nom and visa dec 2016 AAT applied feb 2018 state: Tasmania same reason retail supervisor. invited for documents submission in AAT Aug 2019. what about you

quick help please submitted the documents in AAT. Still Few documents are outstanding,Can my employer provide remaining documents while hearing. My employer could not provide all documents due to his outside location.can he submit later on.Is this impact on my case.

Mine around 400k per year it’s in Tasmania. The good thing is my employer expanded his business he bought a new store under the same ABN. As soon as I will get nomination approval Iam going to start that store. is it mandatory to work before visa approval.

Congrats mate could u pls inform me what is the turnover of ur business. My nomination also refused in December 2017 retail manager from Tasmania.My employer received a email to provide updated information from AAT. I am concerned about right now Iam not working there my employer expanded a new store. What are the chances.

Hey mate , have you already been working with your employer, to proved the genuine position.Even I applied Same occupation but my MA advised to start working so better chance of nomination approval.

Ok.thanks. But I have applied for 187 direct entry not 186.if I start working now once I got approval of my visa can I quit without completion of 2 years.does not effect on my visa is n't it.

Yes, that's why my migration lawyer advised me to start working before approve the nomination.So that it seems the genuine position. But My concern is if I start working prior to visa approval, again I need to complete the 2 years requirement after getting the PR.

Right now Iam holding 485 visa TR.i can start work but my employer doesn't want to pay salary.
