My husband is an Aerospace engineer. Its on the skilled occupation list, which would suggest theres a shortage. However When looking at jobs, all job specs say you need to be a citizen (for government security reasons, many companies work on army aircrafts). What are you guys planning on doing? Will you ship your goods weeks before you go and move straight into unfurnished rental accommodation? Or do you ship your stuff just before you go, move into furnished rental accommodation and then move again to unfurnished when you have all your things?

Whilst I'd love for the removal company to wrap items like sofas and tables etc, i was wondering if it's possible to pack your own boxes. Or does the removals company insist on doing this for insurance reasons?

Hi all, Currently getting everything sorted for our EOI. My husband is the main applicant. He's British and shouldn't need a language test. Myself and children will be added to his application. As I'm not British, would I have to complete the IELTS test prior to the EOI and could this be done at a later stage?
