Hi everyone, Please help me, in my case I applied for ENS 186 and refused in 2015. My employer and me, we both went to MRT. They refuse, I applied another 457 visa but with a different employer. But our immigration lawyer made mistakes like didn't provide LMT and few other documents. He filed nomination and visa together, Nomination refused. Now same employer who wanted sponsor me on 457 visa, is he eligible for sponsor me on 482 visa STSOL ? It's a risk because I got refusal that's why immigration will going to refused my nomination and visa again ? I am 45 year old and not eligible for PR. Please give me advise. Thanks for your time.

Immigration system is unfair, my 186 visa was refused in 2015 March but my colleague got approved by same employer, same documents, same balance sheet. 2 things were different my colleague was from UK and his case was processed in Perth and mine was in NSW. They approved his nomination & refuse mine.

Not for every student, for those who's studying masters, Ph.D basically for cream. That's what I heard.

I heard this news in a radio show which is belongs to Australian migration. Are you able to understand Punjabi language ? Because that show was in Punjabi language.

I think you have to wait for your visa first, Now the immigration minister is changed earlier spouse visa timeline was 26 months but now back to normal. If you want to apply for student visa for your wife then wait for another 2 months or so, as Western Australian Govt will going to introduce another student visa with pathway to PR. You will see another additional graduate skilled migration list for Western Australia on immigration website soon.

Hi Samson & Raul I have a question, as my employer nomination is refused for visa 457. My employer thinking of fresh nomination for visa 482 for me. Is he still eligible to file another nomination ? Thanks

I can't withdraw my visa application, coz it's already refused with the nomination. I read the refusal notification which I uploaded for you and Raul, I saw the company is in the business from 2012. Thank you so much for your time.

Thanks Samson for your quick response. I am offshore. My MA didn't submit the LMT, because she said for ANZSCO 133512 Production Manager (Mfg) didn't require any LMT. But my employer have all the documents for LMT. I guess I am unable to appeal for my visa in AAT. Because I am offshore. If my employer win the case in AAT on that time, I am unable to apply for the 457 visa. Now let me know what I have do. Thanks.

Hi Raul & Samson Today I got the bad news from immigration department they refused my nomination. Please see the image which I uploaded with the reason. Going to AAT is taking more than a year I guess. Please let me know what other options I have? Thanks in advance.

Hi guys My employer's migration agent applied for my 457 visa application and nomination on 10th October. But still no case officer is allocated for my case. When he applied for nomination and visa on that time, immi website was showing 90 days for visa grant, later on 5 months and now 9 months. Frustrated with the immigration system and their working. Anyone who's still waiting for since October.......

Hi Everyone, My employer lodged his nomination and my 457 visa together in October 2017. Nomination is approved and now I am waiting for my visa. Just want to know that immigration dept will grant me 457 visa or 482 TSS visa. Thanks in advance.
