  1. @Alan Collett is likely your man.
  2. Yes, you will. I don’t think I have ever uploaded more than around 40 documents, usually less. You can combine things into logically grouped pdf files.
  3. It really isn’t “number one”.
  4. 482 I think you mean … yes, no age limit on the temporary visa and there are some very limited circumstances where there are post-45 PR pathways, but you need to go looking and have the right profile.
  5. Interesting … the wording for the eVisitor is most definitely citizenship.
  6. The 187 was closed to new applicants in 2019, unless they were in a transition stream, which the OP is clearly not.
  7. My charges may be exuberant, but they certainly aren’t exorbitant…
  8. Or not work at all if you prefer!
  9. “This occupation requires a qualification assessed as comparable to the educational level of an Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) Bachelor degree or higher, in a field highly relevant to the nominated occupation. Applicants must also have at least one year of highly relevant, post-qualification employment, at an appropriate skill level completed in the last five years.” So, it will depend on whether Vetassess consider the qualification sufficiently relevant and/or at the correct level. If it were me, or one of my clients, I would be asking the question of them directly
  10. Yep … and you should confirm that it’s all done by checking VEVO. Take the old passport if in any doubt.
  11. The initial entry date is the date that you must make your first entry to Australia by. It can be for a short visit. The must not arrive after date is the last date you can enter Australia using that visa. It may or may not also be the visa expiry date.
  12. Contact @Alan Collett for a consultation.
  13. Then they have lied on their application forms … you are asked if you have other citizenships and what they are. Australia is not available from that drop-down box.
  14. Nope … that’s the way the process works. Depending on nationality, you may be eligible for short term working holiday visas, but these are not generally a pathway to permanent residence or you could look at employer sponsored visas which may offer PR pathways.
  15. For a permanent visa, pretty much no chance. For a temporary one … it might be possible if an employer were to sponsor you but more info needed.
