Thanks for the reply. Yes we have looked into the points and are confident that we could get a minimum of 60 but hopefully could obtain more with the English test. Do you know of anyone who has successfully been sponsored to work as a Graphic Designer that we could contact?

My partner would be the main applicant with this as this role, I would be applying as an NHS Administrator which is not on the skills shortage list.
