  1. Hi all, Finally it is my turn to share good news. I was waiting for this moment for almost 9 years. Got my PR 8:30 this morning, certainly the best feeling and I hope you all will be able to experience it shortly. My timeline is as follows: - Nomination application submitted 13/09/2017 - Visa Application submitted 15/09/2017 - Additional documents requested 23/03/2017 -Additional documents provided 31/03/2017 - Received a call to resend one of the additional documents on 15/05/2017 -Nomination and visa approved 19/05/2017 Summary of my app: No migration agent used 2 people Transition Finance Broker NSW PESA HR Country
  2. Hey all, I thought I will share this with you guys, my work has called immi today for follow up and they said that once documents are requested by the CO over the phone they put the file aside for 7 days. So then we can make a conclusion that internally IMMI has the following time frames: - 6 months until file can be allocated to CO for assessment after submission - 28 days until file is picked up again after email with request for more information is sent. - 7 days until file is picked up again after phone call is made to get further additional information Due to workload assessors might not be able to keep up with these time frames, but this is what we have been advised. Hope it helps to address some of your expectations, also if you had request for info and haven't heard anything from them, call them or get your employer to call them.
  3. Hi Hapy, My work received a call from IMMI yesterday in the morning. They have asked us to resend a contract of employment as on the copy they have signature of my boss is barely visible. We have done that straight away. Nothing since. But, it gives me hope that it is being looked at again.
  4. Congratulations to all recent PR holders, great to see some movement after Easter and all the changes. Seems that September files that have been requested for additional documents are not being picked up yet. I have been asked for more documents on 23rd March and provided them on 31st March, nothing since... Considering to call them later this week.. Best of luck to all still waiting.
  5. Wasn't IMMI supposed to release that new application time frame tracking website already? Has anyone seen it yet?
  6. So many approvals over weekend, great to see that. Probably no one was calling to check on statuses so assessors were able to concentrate on applications. Congratulations to all who received their PR! Good luck on you new life!
  7. Mate, words cannot explain. I am not sure if I can live with these feelings for long time, so I really understand how difficult it is for Izzie and other people who have not had any communication from IMMI for a long time... Any how best of luck to you and everyone, hope IMMI staff gets through our apps soon, if they short on staff perhaps they should sponsor someone for 457 lol:)
  8. Yes, I have noticed that too. Also already quite a few Sept 17 people have been requested for docs, it means that a lot of Sept files have been reviewed.
  9. PAYG Summary only lists additional contributions made by your employer, i.e. anything on top of minimum contribution required. Your payslips should be showing super payments made to you. You should look into this as your employer must pay super to you and that is your money.
  10. Actually you might be right, I have just read conditions of Bridging Visa and it does say that is not taking effect because of 457. Did not know that...
  11. My answer to 1. is not as optimistic as Syd2016, to my understanding you can only travel with Bridging Visa B even if you had 457 visa before, 457 is not valid any more and you fully operate under Bridging Visa A terms. I might be wrong though...
  12. Hi, I will also make my first post Nom 13/09/16, Visa 15/09/16 HR Transition from 457 Finance Broker By the looks of it we still need to be very patient for at least 2 months, but it is good to see some late July applications approved, cannot believe that we are getting close.
  13. Hi Minh123, When you say bank, which bank you are talking about? Have you tried to approach more than 1 bank? I am a finance broker and can tell you that there are so many properties in Australia that do not have appropriate council approvals, but many lenders are still able to lend money for purchases of these properties. You will not be able to get out of this contract without losing your deposit, and vendor can also chase you for more money to compensate his loses. I would recommend to do everything you can to settle.
