    It might be possible to supply previou police check and show that you've applied for an updated one. Are you still in Germany? We did not get a uk police check because my mum had one that had only just expired a few months ago - was supplied for bridging visa due to covid and she hadnt been back. Her visa granted last week

    We were about 4 weeks after AoS bond confirmed. Medicals etc were submitted a few weeks before that

    My mum got 2nd payment request on Thursday 22/9/22! It's been a long time coming Applied 26/08/16 Police and health checks requested 2/7/22 Completed all and AoS finalised 28/8/22 2nd Vac payment requested and paid 23/9/22

    Things are moving again with the queue - Just got the request for further information today - original application date 23 August 2016. Of course my mum has just sent off to renew her passport a couple of weeks ago so stuck until she get the new one!

    My mum who is still waiting built her granny flat in our garden and is delighted with it. She's on hand for the kids but got her own space & she went for a high spec on appliances/fitting etc but has now got minimal running costs and a pool view! To have her own space while shes waiting is making a big difference ?

    Not sure if this helps and i am by no means an expert but my mum applied in aug 2016 for her 143 and the plan was to come out for 6 months over christmas. She applied for the 600 tourist visa just as shes done many times before and was asked by immi if she wanted to go for the new 5 year parent visa which she has. So the rules are 12 months stay in any 18 months, she had to take out private medical approx $200 pm for basic cover and its valid for 5 year's so she can come and go within the rules until 2021. She cannot apply for another visa - this doesnt affect her existing 143 application though. Cost was same as 12m e600 visa - one off cost. Hope that makes sense - she has to go home for at least 6m after being here for 12m. Leigh-anne

    Hi there looking for some advice. My mum has applied in aug 2016 and just sold her property in uk. I need to advise a change of address but cant load her 143 application to her immi account. Has anyone else managed to add their application online once its been acknowledged? Or does everything have to be physically sent to perth parent centre? Cheers Leigh anne
