Dear All, I'm applying for 189. however, i have a medical case where my right leg is shorter than the other 5 CM. i normal person, user to work play sport without any difficulties. also i'm not using any orthotics. will this be a show stopper in medical.

Dear All, Could you please advise what is authority of DIBP case officer against ACS. i.e. If my ACS Assessment is positive for “Developer programmer” can the DIBP Case officer refuse it and claim that it’s more suitable for another occupation such as database administrate which is in another list. Thank you for your support

My partner is a software developer with 2 years’ experience only. she have a detailed experience letter plus bank statement. she doesn't have any other supported documents such as pay slip or offer letter. will this be enough for ACS and DIBP? Please advise .
